REDFORD, MI – Innovative Body Solutions, creators of the Resistance Stretching DVD, has signed an agency of record agreement with Detroit-based advertising agency, Western Creative. The DVD features resistance stretching techniques deemed as the “secret weapon” of Olympian Dara Torres’ training routine. Western Creative will be marketing and distributing the Resistance Stretching DVD through the development of an e-commerce website, along with creation of :60 second and :120 second direct response TV commercials.

Five-time Olympic swimmer Dara Torres describes her resistance stretching training in the New York Times as the “secret weapon” in keeping her body performing in peak condition.
