GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Land & Company property management company has selected Western Creative, Inc to redesign and re-brand their company website featuring 20 apartment complexes in Western Michigan, as well as create new print advertising material for their Heritage Key condominium complex in Central Florida.

The new website will be segmented into 20 micro-sites to provide a complete overview of each complex, while branding the corporate identity as a trusted and established property management company in Western Michigan. With a new dynamic display that is visually stunning with Flash and Ajax components, each micro-site has the ability to stand alone with it’s on web domain and search engine optimization capabilities. The Western Creative web development team designed and programmed the site completely in-house, and built the site with the ability to fully integrate with the existing Land & Company backend to process rent payments and maintenance inquiries. In addition, the design team also created a new company logo to be used on the Land & Company website.

The Western Creative print department was contracted to create print advertising material for the Land & Company owned condominium complex, Heritage Key, in Orlando, FL. The print material focuses around the Tennis Villas at Heritage Key, including the exclusive Peter Fleming Tennis Center. Tennis legend Peter Fleming, winner of 50 doubles titles alongside John McEnroe, works closely with residents of the Tennis Villas at Heritage Key, bringing his distinct style of play and instruction to Central Florida’s only premier tennis resort community.
